I love this place. Everyone was so nice. The only thing is the pool was kind of dirty. But rooms were clean. I like this hotel.

Do Not Stay Here The check in was a nightmare. This virtual check-in live assistant that was more interested in her phone for 10 minutes than realizing that someone was standing at the kiosk looking to check in. Out of two keys issued from that kiosk, only 1 worked and she was all over the place on checking me in. The hotel lobby was dirty and in need of painting, the lobby was not in good shape at all. The pool looked nice though clearly an investment was made there. The elevators did not work properly, stopping at floors not pressed or even in between floors and the doors opening. The safe in the room did not work along with the air conditioner that just squealed non-stop, and the so-called wall thermostat was hooked up to nothing, when maintenance was called, they spoke NO English had no tools and claimed that they could not fix anything. The room carpet looked like someone had a party in the room and vomit threw up all over the floor and it was not cleaned properly. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower and the floor tiles in the bathroom. When I went to get into bed, I found cut toenails in-between the sheets and there were white stains on the blue bed skirting which I can only deduce were human fluid secretions. The most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. Needless to say, sleeping in that room was not going to happen and I ended up sleeping in my car, only used the room to shower. You could hear everything going on in the rooms all around me. There was barely any parking, and I did not feel safe in this hotel all. This hotel needs some serious help and I will never stay here again.

Loved my stay Excellent Customer service all around, the rooms were neat and clean .Linens were changed, supplies replenished daily.Ample parking, and my vehicle was safe throughout my stay.The hotel is closely located to Disney world and other parks.

4 Great resort. Restaurants need some management. We to the pizza place and it was like herding cats. Guy who took orders was good. Kitchen staff took 35 minutes for fried chicken and brought each item out as it was done in the microwave. Totally unorganized
